Here, we’ve collected some of our favorite recipes to give your self-care a jumpstart—all charged with natural healing ingredients and the calming chill of CBD. Keep them on repeat as you head into a healthier, happier new 2021!

CBD Mushroom Latte
Serves 2 / 10 mg CBD per serving
Mushrooms have been used in Eastern medicine for thousands of years, and today research is confirming their benefits. A frothy CBD-enhanced latte is a great way to enjoy them! Try reishi for calming, cordyceps to energize, chaga to help sore muscles recover after a hard workout—or your favorite mushroom blend.
2 cups unsweetened plant-based milk (try almond, cashew or oat milk)
2 teaspoons mushroom powder
2 teaspoons nut butter (try almond or cashew)
1 teaspoon honey or agave nectar
1 (20mg) packet Caliper CBD Dissolvable Powder
¼ teaspoon cinnamon
Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan and bring to a simmer. Transfer to a blender and blend on medium speed until frothy, about 1 minute.
Pour into 2 mugs and serve immediately.
CBD Matcha Smoothie
Makes 2 servings / 20mg CBD each
Matcha is a green tea grown with a special process that concentrates its beneficial compounds, as well as its vibrant green color. Dried and ground to a powder, it’s rich in heart-healthy, free-radical-quenching antioxidants, and helps provide a boost of clarity and focus. We’ve turned it into an energizing smoothie with just enough sweetness to cut its natural astringency, and CBD for some extra chill.
1½ cups unsweetened plant-based milk (try coconut or almond, or coconut milk creamer for extra richness)
1 cup frozen ripe banana slices
½ cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
1 cup baby spinach or kale
2 (20mg) packets Caliper CBD Dissolvable Powder
1 tablespoon sugar, honey, or agave nectar
2 teaspoons matcha powder
¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract (optional)
Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and whirl until smooth. To thicken mixture if desired, blend in a few ice cubes; to thin, blend in a little more milk or water. Divide into 2 tall glasses and serve immediately.
Chamomile-Cherry Tea with CBD
Serves 2 / 10 mg CBD per serving
This tart, soothing tea is delicious hot or cold over ice. It combines chamomile—a traditional folk remedy found to improve sleep quality—with a refreshing burst of tart cherry juice, a source of sleep-enhancing melatonin. A little CBD adds nicely to the mellow.
2 chamomile teabags
2 teaspoons sugar, honey, or agave nectar
¾ cup tart cherry juice
1 (20mg) packet Caliper CBD dissolvable powder
In a small saucepan, bring 1½ cups water to a boil. Remove from heat and add the teabags and sweetener. Cover and let steep 10-15 minutes.
Stir in the cherry juice and Caliper, return to medium heat and cook, stirring, just until heated through. Remove the teabags and pour into 2 mugs; serve immediately.
